Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained by the finest grapes must, left to mature for years in ancient casks, according to an ancient recipe. Beautifully sweet and sour, it has a rich bouquet and adds a great flavour and character to salads, omeltees, meat and fish fillets, cheeses, fruit (esp. pears and strawberries).
Ingredients: wine vinegar, cooked must. Acidity 6%. Contains sulphites naturally occurring in grapes.
Produced and bottled in Italy.
